FIFA - FRANCE FOOTBALL have handed in their list of 23 candidates that will opt for the 2012 GOLDEN BALL AWARD. Seven Spanish Football players are on the list with a handful of Internationals working in Spain, like Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo, Falcao, Ozil etc.
